Sometimes, no matter how hard you try to fit your yoga practice in with your schedule it just doesn’t happen. I get it, life is busy and things pop up all the time, before you know it your yoga mat hasn’t been unrolled in  months.

* 15 min consultation
* Private personalized yoga practice

Corporate sessions

* Minimum of 5 people
* Classes will be held onsite at your place of business
